e-Learning Workshop

O/E conducted a four-hour e-Learnng Workshop. During the interactive workshop, participants learned about the tools, technologies, future trends, and best practices that they can incorporate into their e-Learning projects. The workshop was targeted toward a diversified team of instructional design consultants and subject matter experts. The subject matter experts at Sisters of Mercy Health System included nurses and other medical specialists who are not typically trained or skilled in instructional design or e-Learning technology.

The workshop covered:

• The technologies and trends that influence decisions and designs.
• The principles and best practices that should be reinforced.
• How you can improve on the design standards you already have in place.
• The instructional methodologies that have worked well in your earlier e-Learning designs, and how to institute the must successful methods.
