University of Farmers

O/E developed and produced five Web-based courses that are part of a curriculum set within the University of Farmers. The University of Farmers is a national university, offering training to the more than 15,000 Farmers agents nationwide. The Web-based courses cover topics such as Annual Auto, Home Quote, and Service Point. Using the Trivantis Lectora Authoring system, these courses include multimedia elements to reinforce the instructional design elements and more advanced features that allow the agents to simulate application usage through Adobe Captivate scenarios. One such feature allows insurance agents to customize or create their own scripts for their calls with clients and prospects while they are in the course. The scripts can be printed as they are being worked on or after completing the entire course.
