O/E is developing three Web-based training courses that will assist leadership, management, and frontline staff and patient caregivers in taking the appropriate steps to impact patient perception and satisfaction. The course covers the Value Chain Model and how to apply it in order to improve the patient/customer experience at each facility and achieve patient/customer satisfaction. |
