Integrated Media

This course was designed to promote awareness of integrated media and broaden the sales perspective of the 200+ sales representatives at BNP Media. The course provides strategies that the BNP Media sales force can recommend to its clients, resulting in an orchestrated, integrated media and advertising campaign versus selling just an ad in one of BNP Media's publications.

This training intervention was designed to help facilitate a culture change in the sales force, promoting awareness and understanding of integrated media concepts and print media as a unified force. Through the online course, BNP Media's sales representatives become knowledgeable about what integrated media is and why it is important to sell with that mindset. By making the sales force aware of available resources and tools to use during the selling cycle, sales representatives can become self-sufficient and work independently to sell integrated media and advertising campaigns.
