Finding the Right Partners for Outsourcing Is Panel Topic
Troy, MI, January 23, 2007— In an upcoming panel discussion entitled, “Finding the Right Partners for Outsourcing,” panel members will explore how to: Check for organizational compatibility with the outsourcing partner; Determine the cost factor in picking the right partner; Set up and manage the project and revise the process based on results; Identify and ensure acceptance of success measures by all parties involved; Define roles clearly and commit resources in advance.
O/E Learning will moderate the panel discussion on Tuesday, March 27, at the New Directions in E-Learning conference. The conference will be held March 26–28, 2007 at the Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel in Chicago, IL.
