O/E can provide qualified instructors and facilitators to roll out your program. Using a thorough selection process, O/E chooses only the best instructors and facilitators who can enrich the learning environment with their real-world experience and expertise. Our instructors and facilitators have an extensive array of credentials and certifications from DiSC Personality Profiles and Myers-Briggs to Kepner-Tregoe Problem Solving and TS16949:2002.

O/E installs, configures, and supports Learning Management Systems. For certain projects, ongoing support is a requirement. In those instances, O/E provides Help Desk and Call Center services to make technical assistance available to your organization’s employees, customers, and administrators.

O/E integrates instructional and performance improvement solutions into organizations.

O/E can handle all the details for you and get everything prepared and ready to launch, including the following: people, processes, systems, equipment, facilities, and materials.

For a Web-based implementation, your organization’s Learning Management System may need to be updated and learners will need to be notified and registered for the course.

Over the past 24 years, O/E has formed partnerships with nationally accredited universities to create Employee Certification Programs for clients in the areas of Health & Safety, Employee Involvement, Employee Assistance, Medical Transition, and Quality. Certified employees reach levels of proficiency required to meet academic criteria, industry standards, or governmental compliance; and, they can also earn credit toward higher education through the accredited institution partners. O/E can administer the entire Certification Program for you.
