O/E specializes in designing, developing, and producing content that is specific to your organization. Throughout the design and development of your custom training program, O/E applies proven Adult Learning Principles to create engaging and interactive programs that bring your content to life.

Design

The results of an analysis drive the design and end in a blueprint for the development of the training program. The blueprint contains five key outputs:

  • Entry behaviors (minimum requirements or prerequisites that the learner must meet)
  • Learning objectives (tasks that the learner must be able to perform, and how well the tasks must be performed)
  • Learning steps (performance steps)
  • Performance test (measurement that the tasks can be performed to the standard)
  • Structure and sequence (content outline)

O/E’s project managers use a Six Sigma-based business process which focuses on the following key variables and measurements to monitor and track the completion of your project:

O/E’s instructional designers elaborate and build on the learning objectives shown in the design by researching the content, gathering all resources, and working with your subject matter experts to develop the custom materials. O/E will create the learning content, activities, visual aids, scripts, storyboards, and/or job aids. We practice a collaborative development process in which the subject matter experts participate in the review and approval of the draft and final materials. The instructional design and programming staff work together to produce any technology-based learning solutions. In fact, some of our clients provide us with their design and our programming staff produces the program for them. As a final development step, O/E will pilot or test the final materials to validate course content.

Whether you need design, development, or programming support, O/E offers a full range of services to help you with your custom content. O/E knows that it is important for you to have control over the maintainability of the courses after they are developed. With that in mind, we always develop your program with an approved tool and within your specifications.

O/E deploys your content in one of several formats, or uses multiple formats for a blended solution which may include:

  • Web-Based Training (WBT)
  • Mobile Training (iPod & PDA)
  • DVD & Video-Based Training
  • Virtual, Online Classroom Training

For multilingual training programs, O/E can manage the language translation and localization process for you. O/E’s international programs have been translated into Spanish, French, and Mandarin Chinese.
